About Me
I’m not going to tell you a dramatic story about how everything fell apart and then I rose like a phoenix from the ashes. That’s not really how it went. It was slower. Quieter. More like… remembering something I never said out loud.
As a child, I sensed more than I could explain. I felt energy, understood things without knowing how, and saw layers most people around me didn’t seem to notice. But when I tried to share what I experienced — like the event in church — I learned to keep it to myself. It wasn’t safe to be that open. So I closed. Made sure that part of me should never take over the steering wheel again.
I grew up. I became practical. I built a life from the part of me that knew how to survive — the part that made money, made sure everything was handled, made sure I didn’t need anyone. That part was strong. Capable. It carried me for decades. But in the process, I left so many parts of myself behind. The sensitive ones. The poetic ones. The brilliant ones. The wild, sensual, knowing ones. The ones that didn’t fit the picture.
By the time I reached my early Thirties, I had become a passenger in my own life. Always on the move, but disconnected from the deeper current inside. I could see the reflection clearly — my body was showing signs, my energy was leaking, and something was aching to come home. Things I used to find happiness in, didn’t provide it any longer.
That’s when the real shift began. Not because I hit rock bottom, but because I couldn’t keep living from just one thread of who I am. I needed to return to all of me. The loning became stronger than the fear. I had given myself one important talent; I always wanted to know how things work. And that’s what I did. How do I work?
You-On: Switching the Current
The name “You-On” came to me before I even knew what I was building. I wanted to build the site, still to fragmented. Now I understand: it’s about switching yourself on again. Not just mentally, but fully — feet to crown, inside and out. All of me flowing freely. Reconnecting with the instrument you are. Reuniting the parts that got scattered. Restoring the original settings of your being.
The You-On website started as a private journey. A way to document how I came home to myself. To put my knowledge somewhere. But over time, I realized it could be more. A place where others — like you — might recognize something in your own reflection. A lantern, maybe. Or a hum you forgot was yours.

Why I Built This
Because I’ve always loved to explain what I’ve lived.
Because I believe every person has an original tone.
Because I know how lonely it can feel to walk back home alone.
And because I didn’t succeed for a long time — not in the way that truly mattered to me.
This site is what helped me become whole again. And now that I’ve reconnected my own wires,I simply want to offer what I’ve found.
No pressure. No timeline. No fixed outcome. Just resonance.
And a soft invitation to set you on.
