Energy management

Your new job. Where your attention goes, your fuel, your energy flows. And everywhere your energy flows, life grows.

Energy management is not something most of us are taught, yet it is the foundation of every decision, action, and experience we have. Imagine looking at the world through a special lens that reveals the energy beneath everything—the trees, people, plastic objects, and even yourself. You’d see that all physical forms are simply energy vibrating at different frequencies. As a human we’re used to label things, a tree is alive, a wooden plank is not. An animal lives a stone does not. A piece of plastic doesn’t live just as an iron beam. that’s not true, they are all alive, all made of the same basic building blocks of this reality. Your external senses just are not equipt to let you experience this. And with good reason; you could never experience live as you do, would you know it all.

This realization shifts everything. It highlights that the energy you radiate doesn’t stop at your skin—it flows outward, influencing the world around you. Even more importantly, it determines the version of reality you are going to experience in the next moment.

Where Your Energy Flows, Life Grows

The energy you direct—through your focus and attention—acts like water nourishing a plant. Wherever your energy flows, things grow. This applies to everything: relationships, projects, thoughts, and even fears. It makes the “thing” stronger you are putting your attention at.

Here’s the key: In the energy world, like attracts like. There is no “not.” Energy reflects what you radiate. If you radiate fear of abandonment, the energy world doesn’t interpret it as “I don’t want to be abandoned.” It reflects the fear itself, drawing in experiences where abandonment is present. And in experiencing these events you are showing yourself what is active within your energy, so you -as the navigator- can do something with it.

Your energy doesn’t just shape what happens to you—it creates the reality you experience.

Examples of Energy in Action:

1. The Fear Loop

Imagine someone who fears public speaking. Their fear radiates outward, creating a focus on everything that could go wrong. The energy world reflects this fear, reinforcing the version of reality where mistakes and discomfort dominate. The more emotion -which is a strong magnetic energy- gets pored in to the sceneries your attention is at, the more you’r creating that version of reality as a next moment you are going to experience.

2. The Creative Flow

Think of a time you were fully immersed in a project. When your energy was focused and aligned, the work came alive, infused with your passion and attention. Now compare that to something you rushed through without much care. The difference isn’t just in the outcome—it’s in the energy you poured into it that made the difference in the outcome. So focussing and having as much as your attention as possible in the project you’re working on, is key here.

3. Cooking with Love

Cooking is one of the clearest examples of energy in action. Years ago, my approach to cooking was purely functional, focused only on getting food on the table. But after watching Mr. Church and reflecting on the impact food could have on my children, I made a conscious decision to pour love and intention into every dish I prepared. Inspired by Julia Child’s philosophy of cooking with care and passion, I began to approach food as a way to nurture both the body and the soul. The same recipes that once felt lifeless became vibrant and deeply satisfying, simply because I chose to bring my energy fully into the process.

4. Art that Lives On

Great art is another timeless example of energy in action. Think of the paintings that continue to captivate us centuries later. It’s not just the technical skill of the artist—it’s the energy they poured into their work. When a painter becomes fully immersed in their craft, their energy becomes part of the painting, radiating beauty, passion, and connection that transcend time. This is why some works continue to draw people in, generation after generation. The same goes for buildings. The Eiffel tower for example; that was a true masterpiece by its creator Gustaf Eiffel. As the Eiffel tower was originally designed to be removed after the 1889 Exposition Universele; the celebration of the France Revolution. It stood the test of time; Today it welcomes almost 7 million visitors a year.

The Information Your Energy Carries

To understand energy management, let’s look through the lens of quantum physics. Electrons—the building blocks of everything—carry information. This information reflects the energy you radiate, shaping the reality you experience.

For example, unresolved trauma leaves a mark on the information your electrons carry. If a fear of abandonment is active, that fear is encoded in the energy you radiate, attracting experiences that mirror it. The stronger the emotion, the greater its magnetic pull becomes. Let’s say before processing trauma, the electron’s information is encoded in one state (let’s call it state A), which radiates fear, pain, resentment or anything else. After neutralising the trauma, the electron shifts to a new state (state B), carrying clearer, more aligned information about the essence of your personality. As the layer of unprocessed emotion from an earlier moment in life, is now processed. There is no use for the electron’s to attract that sceneries for you anymore; the unprocessed emotion is now processed.

What is trauma; it sounds a bit dramatic and of course it can be. But seen through the lens of energy, it isn’t. It is an event a person has experienced in their lives what was not fully experienced. For the full experience you need to go through the physical experience, the mental experience and the emotional experience. And ‘go through’ means fully experience them for what they are. So what means trauma; if you haven’t fully processed one of the three. Then it will become active in your electrons, attracting similar situations so that you get an other chance to process that what has not fully been processed earlier on in life.

Discovering What’s Active in Your Energy

Uncovering what’s active within your energy is the first step to managing it. Often, the information stored in your energy isn’t immediately visible, but it leaves patterns and clues in your life.

Here are three ways to discover what’s active:

1. Recurring Situations

Look for patterns that repeat in your life. These situations may involve different people but often carry the same emotional themes, such as fear of abandonment, lack of safety, or control.

2. Strong Emotional Reactions

Notice the moments when you overreact emotionally. When you ‘flip’. These heightened responses are signals of unresolved trauma or information stored in your energy. it’s always smart to ask yourself the question; what do I want a time or five op on the answer that arises. Most of the time your ending at basic needs like; safety, acknowledgement or control.

3. Automatic Writing

Take time to write about the patterns or triggers you’ve observed. Let your thoughts flow without judgment. Often, your broader essence will guide you, revealing deeper insights about what’s active in your energy. This is important to discover about the information your electrons hold without you having any idea about it. Make sure you’re watching the projected self in action; changes are that it is still programmed to keep you from discovering this information. If you think about it; it was in those moments where you likely drew a conclusion that you never wanted to experience something like that again. And that’s where the projected self steps in. To read more about the ways of the projected self, see ‘projected self’ in the menu.

Recognition is the first step in transforming your energy. Once you’ve identified what’s active, and you are ready, you can begin the process of neutralising it.

What Comes Next

Recognition is only the beginning. The next steps—acknowledgment and acceptance—are where transformation begins. By acknowledging and fully accepting the emotions or patterns you’ve uncovered, you release the stored energy they hold. This process clears the energy that has been stored in your body, allowing you to align with and attract new versions of reality, as your electrons hold no use for attracting those situations anymore, the information they carry is switched.

Energy management is about more than understanding—it’s about alignment. By intentionally directing your energy toward what matters, you create a life that reflects your deepest desires and values. Everything is energy, and where your energy flows, life grow

A personal realisation:

Love as Energy Flow

As we explore the idea that energy is the foundation of everything, one realization stands out: love, at its core, is the intentional flow of energy. It is the care, attention, and presence we pour into someone or something. Love isn’t some abstract, ungraspable concept—it is the simplest and most profound act of directing energy with genuine intention.

When we pour our energy into a meal, a project, or another person, we’re offering a piece of ourselves. The quality of that energy—whether it comes from a place of care, joy, or alignment—determines the impact it has. This realization brings clarity to what love truly means: it is the energy we give, guided by our intention and presence.

Understanding this has the power to transform not only how we interact with others but also how we view ourselves. When we focus our energy on what matters and align it with the intentions we hold, we create a reality filled with connection, meaning, and growth.

So, where will you direct your energy today?
